    What are you waiting for? Graphic Arts Club Mascot operates as a registered club under the registered club act so you need to be a member if you live within a 5 km radius – that’s the law. Member’s guests and visitors from outside the 5km radius are entitled to enter the club as a temporary member but are subject to certain provisions.

    Comments, Compliments and Complaints Policy

     The Graphic Arts Club Mascot values all patrons and welcomes feedback regarding our facilities and service.

    Due to a recent increase in scam e-mails, we have introduced the following policy for all feedback received electronically;

    All comments, compliments and complaints received via e-mail will only be acknowledged  if either a membership number or contact details including name, address and contact phone number are included.

    Once these details are received, all feedback will be fully investigated and promptly responded to. It is our preference to respond to feedback personally where possible.
